Coaching Services


For leaders, teams, and organizations utilizing a selection of tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) or Organization Development Questionnaire (ODO). Assessment can be done in simulations as well as individually.

The Newest Assessment for LS Consulting, The Areas of Worklife Survey (AWS) assesses “what” in your work environment may be contributing to burnout by measuring: Workload, Control, Reward, Community, Fairness, and Values. Can be done individually or in a group.

For leaders and their groups to increase transformational leadership or virtual and remote leadership skills. We also train internal coaches and peer coaches.

We provide training and certification in the use of the MLQ, ODQ and Team MLQ. We design training for others to deliver.

Education & Training

Donna is a Graduate of the Fielding Graduate Institute where she earned a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Development. Donna has taken numerous certification courses in assessment tools and is master trained in some.

Donna holds the PCC coaching certification from ICF and a coaching certificate from Gestalt International Study Center and Marshall Goldsmith Partners.
